This soul is really just energy– just as yours or my soul is entirely composed of electrical current in our brains. Everything you think, do or feel leaves a trace of energy. Energy can neither be destroyed nor created– but it can take various forms of expression. Creating energy: You consume food, absorb sunshine and nutrients, and drink water. Your body metabolizes the molecules into energy. You express that energy in thought, action, and emotion.

Emitting energy:Everything you manufacture can take a positive form or a negative form. You must decide which form of expression your energy will take; that choice is entirely up to you. When you take ownership for these various expressions, you begin to learn how to create the situations around you. Traces of energy:You can emit energy, and you can leave traces of your energy on things around you. Some surfaces & objects are more absorbent than others. Sensitive people can generally feel these traces of energy. If you continue to create and expel negative energy into your surroundings, it’s possible to reabsorb that energy which makes you feel bad. How water reflects our consciousness.Converting energy:A common way of converting negative energy into positive or neutral energy is by burning sage. There are many other herbs you can burn or sprinkle or use to change the energy, but sage is the most common one. Another way to do it is to put positive mantras out into the area or write positive messages. Conclusion:No, it’s not a bowl you smell, though I certainly would love it to be. Instead, you’re smelling me burn sweet grass and sage. It smells good. It’s not weed. I’m not high. It would be cool if it DID do something like that, but it doesn’t. Instead it’s a cleanser.
