Lie down. Get comfortable.

Breathe in deeply. While you inhale, I want you to envision a clearish white light that crosses over your lips and nostrils. As you breathe it in, I want you to picture it crossing into your body, traveling down your throat, and into your lungs.
Exhale. As you push the breath out of you, I want you to picture it pulling out of you everything that strains you. Everything that stresses you. Allow every exhalation to pull from you the things that no longer suit you. Imagine these things trailing onto the breath as you send it from yourself.
Breathe in deeply.
Deep, clear, crisp air crosses your nostrils, into your throat, and down into your lungs.
Exhale the things that hold you back.
As I go through this lesson with you, I want you to focus on your breathing.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Begin to feel your body sinking into the couch. Slowly, you feel relaxation encroaching your body. First you will begin to notice that your toes are very, very calm. And then, you’ll feel your feet begin to feel very, very calm. While you are focusing on your breathing, I want you to also notice the calm that is gradually moving up your body.
As you breathe in clearish white energy, begin to pull it deeper within your body. Do not think that the energy stops at your lungs, or even your diaphragm. Instead begin to pull it in deeply, to the very roots of your body– down your belly, and into your pelvis. Continue to breathe, and over the next few minutes, begin to pull that energy into your thighs. Exhale everything you do not need, you do not want. Breathe in crystal clear energy that you may pull into your calves.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
While focusing on your breath, and the clear energy you are pulling down to your ankles now, notice that your legs are feeling very, very calm. Continue to breathe.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Soon, you will begin to notice that your pelvis and abdomen are also beginning to feel very, very calm. You are expelling all things you do not need, and you are taking in a clearish white light. Still concentrating on your breathing, you will also begin to notice that your chest is very, very calm.
Continue to breathe in the clear energy, and exhale the things you no longer need. You’ll notice now that your fingers are very, very, calm. Next, your hands will feel very, very calm.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Your arms are following the rest of your body. They are beginning to feel very, very calm. Notice whatever tension is left in your back, along your spine. Push that tension out as you exhale. Pull in crystal clear energy to replace the tension. Feel your muscles relaxing as you breathe.
Your neck is quickly calm, also. It takes very little energy now for you to expel the remaining things you are hanging on to. Theres so little of it left. You are cleansing yourself of all of the things you no longer need. Continue to breathe, and notice yourself falling very comfortably deeper into the couch.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Now, while you are lying there very calmly, I want you to imagine the universal energy that encompasses everything around you. This is the crystal clear energy we have been washing ourselves with. This energy will allow you to go into the very depths of your being. While watching your breath, continue to use this energy to harness the power you will need to go very deep into the basic part of your experience while we dive deeper and deeper into relaxation.
I want you to now imagine yourself in a mountainous wilderness. You are alone, here. There are no dangers, and no interruptions. You are simply alone in the middle of a calm, comfortable wilderness. Take a few moments to look at the trees around you. I want you to look at the bark on these trees. Stand next to one, and hold it in your hands. Imagine what the tree feels like to touch. Continue to breathe in clear energy and expel anything you come across that you no longer need. Look up the trunk of the tree. See the sky around this tree. Look at the leaves and every branch that makes up the tree you are holding in your hands.
Slowly, gently put your arms down. Begin to walk amongst the trees. Visualize the entire mountain side. Look at the bushes that are growing among the trees.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
As you are looking around at the many other trees and bushes around you, you feel only calm. There is no other creature around. This is YOUR forest, and it’s exactly what you believe it to be.
You begin to notice a path through the trees in front of you. I’d like you to begin to walk along this path, touching the trees with your hands as you pass. Allow one of the softer tree branches to brush by your face as you walk along this path. Continue to breathe in the clear light, and breathe out anything you no longer need.
You walk. You walk for several minutes, touching the trees as you pass them, and you begin to see fewer trees up ahead.
As you continue along your path, you see a clearing ahead of you. It is filled with tall, lazily flowing grasses. Walk up to the clearing. Step out into the clearing, and continue to

You step into the clearing and see nothing but soft, lazy grasses flowing around you. You still see a path, though you cannot see where it leads. You continue to walk along the path, noticing how the grass feels against your legs as you walk through it. You walk for several minutes.
Eventually, you begin to notice a fence along the path in front of you. It is a split rail wooden fence that surrounds a house. Imagine what this house looks like. Notice the windows and the roof. Take note of the colors of the house. It is empty, and you go beyond the fence, and approach the door. Notice what the door looks like. Notice the shape of its handle.
Walk up to the porch of this house. Step up the steps, and touch the door knob.
As you grasp the door knob, focus on your breath.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Open the door, and step inside.
I will allow you, for the next hour, to explore the house. Go into the rooms. Look at the house as if it was now your own. Pick up things that interest you. Touch everything. Continue to breathe, and take notes.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
After you are done with searching the house, I want you to find the door to the basement. You are still breathing in clear energy and exhaling anything you no longer need. Find the door to the basement, and open it.
Go down the stairs. There are many, many flights. Count the stairs in your head, but do not become discouraged if you loose the number while you’re counting. Continue to breathe and count. When you finally get to the bottom of the stairs, you will meet someone.
If you’re lucky, you will be able to talk to them. Let them tell you about their life, what they desire, and what their priorities were.
Listen carefully. This person may very well be you in a past life.
