So, here’s a neato & yummy treat!!!

Bake a sweet potato (aka yam!) for 350 degrees for one hour. Let it cool and stick it in the fridge, heat up later, and eat straight from the skin!!!

    I don’t know if things are the same over there but here a sweet potato is smaller than a normal potato and kinda orange inside, where a yam is much bigger. Which of these did you mean?

    So, I had no idea there was a difference between a sweet potato and a yam.

    Apparently this is a common mistake. I found many articles on how to know the difference.

    What I baked was a yam.

    I particularly like them hot with a smidgen of cinnamon and sugar on it. And, yunno, maybe a bit o’ butter too. Mmmmm….
